When people say a certain shell company has a nice share structure, I guess that means have a fewer number of bid shareholder. Ideally those with deep pockets.

Small retail sh (like me and 80% of HC) must be the poor part of the shareholder structure.

The structure of DUO may still be good (based on your comments) We are just a noisy lot, but should still not be walked all over.

I reckon there will be more companies turn shell companies over the coming 6 months. Hopefully Im wrong.
