I'm thinking the authors are a bit optimistic given:
a. percentage of drugs that get to market
b. time it takes to run the phase 2 & 3 trials, get FDA approval and manufacture
c. Novagen's history of getting drugs to market (not saying they can't)
If 15% of drugs that succeed in phase 1 get to market and NRT are only at pre-clinical stage, but they are saying all 3 will get there?
I'm a bit wary.
