Some might be consolidating into the range of the recent raise at 1.1c due to cash.
However they will be quick to reaccumulate at these levels with more positive news and revenue including from the remaining 5 tanks.
I think they could be trying to encourage weak holders to sell at these levels but there isnt much supply down here at all.
