The trials are not the issue. It’s good that they get to that point and are achieving promising results unfortunately after the trials they’re not able to “close the sale”….. the most important stage in the sales process.
Who ever is responsible doesn’t seem to have the necessary skills in this critical stage and they need to address it pronto.
