HCD Chart Thread, page-46

I have noticed that the team seem to mention new contracts or deals in the quarterly. it may be HCD land these around the same time .. they could be more proactive and be a little more forthcoming with a memorandum of understanding if one is in place it may help keep the investors informed, saying that it is also great that they don't release fluff announcements. I would have thought a deal with Santos would not be considered as not being substantial. doesn't matter as this SP is very undervalued considering what the future NPV will be and the number of shares that are available for retail. if you subtract the amount the top 20 have along with the board of directors it does not leave a massive spread! very little available in fact hence why the SP moves so quickly ..
