Lowell Resources first appeared on HCD's 2017 annual report and their holdings increased from 10 million to 17.5 million (Mar 2022) over the given period. One can assume they had been accumulating since the SP was 8c all the way down to sub 1c range (early 2022). It's about time they had sold out at profit, if they hadn't already back in May for 2-3x return. But I don't think they invested for 5 years just for 3x return. If their average is circa 1c, 10c is a minimum target imo.
We have a proven technology and numerous companies are doing trials which will eventually lead to business. Just like Santos.
