Agree, there has been no evidence of insto/long only buying in this stock "on market" for a year at least. There has been plenty of "on market "selling from hedge funds/Instos. Instos will get involved deep discount in capital raises it seems, but there is clearly a box that has not been ticked to go to market for them.. Rick Rule constantly refers to us as having a perception of being grade challenged, CE needs to explain why this is not the case
