It's always a tricky one to manage your selling. Here's 3 broad scenarios that I use.
1. Something better comes along
2. The economic characteristics of the company change in a major way.
3. Or if a single holding gets way too large. ( you may already fall into this category?) And if that's the case it would be OK to take some profits when the market cap gets to NPV.
