Beaza another option is to wait until you 2x then sell half of your holding and freehold. Then anything you make after that is a bonus or loose doesn’t matter as much.
Not sure on your average, but say it’s todays price of $1.50 sell half at $3.00.
I am pretty confident in achieving $3.00 in the next 12 months and a safe way to invest when starting out.
