We have had two false breaks out of the 10 year bearish channel, both breaks were false because CE printed huge amounts of shares each time it popped through resistance. So here we are again at 1.95/2.00 resistance, we've had one Canadian mob dump stock post the Canada raise, but since then the new stock has seemed tightly held and no new equity raise is expected for at least 12 months. A daily close above $2.00 and this time we may have that run/re rate that we've threatened multiple times.
