Pretty sure there is some friction between RR and Christian.
In the past RR has said things along the lines of it being insanity for a junior to fancy they can finance and build a Teir 1 asset.
Christian on the other hand strikes me as someone who has profound belief in his abilities to do pull this off.
I take RR's public comments on HCH as a plea
Stop fantasizing and concentrate on a starter pit
The water is an interesting project but don't count on it funding a Billion dollar capital works program
