It's worth noting that those who have held this for 10 to 15 years have had their $'s eroded through inflation on top of a declining share price and that's the penalty shareholders pay for continual delays, additional exploration, maybe JV's or offers that aren't taken up or even notified... and if they don't get a starter pit to pay off the "extraordinary up front capital cost" (Rick Rule's words) then investors money is sitting there losing value even if the share price goes nowhere.
The longer things are pushed out the more dilution.
