    The cost is irrelevant if you can pay it down quickly but implied in RR's comments is that HCH don't appear to have the ability to pay the upfront capital cost in a quick enough timeframe, and that puts pressure on doesn't it?

    No matter what the capital cost is, if you can't pay for it out of your profit then the project isn't viable. If it takes too long to pay it down then that's pressure, financial pressure, the thematic might have rolled over in the meantime, nothing lasts forever does it?... paying it down quickly is important.

    The earlier you can pay it off the more profit from the project obviously.
