Interesting, so very rough numbers just on the cash component, omitting deposit location, grades, IRR etc, Glencore paid US$475m for 56.25% ≈ US$845m project valuation. MARA has 5.4Mt Cu + 7.1mOz Au versus 2.8Mt Cu + 2.7mOz Au for Costa Fuego, so HCH has about half the contained metal, which should value HCH at ≈ US$425m for any TO or US$425m / 141m total shares ≈ US$3.01 / share + the Cu NSR royalty of 0.75% whatever that's worth...
