After a bit of research I have found the following….
Sociedad Minera El Aguila (SPA) (HCH subsidiary company) is part owned by Compania Minera del Pacifico S.A (CMP)
CMP and Mitsubishi already have a desalination plant running and providing the water for Lundin mining (also process their tailings)
So the water rights which is held by the Subsidiary company has all the knowledge to get this up and running easily by the looks - which means a nice income stream for HCH and shareholders!
