HOT Chili Ltd to spin off - HOT WATER Inc ?
No (sustainable) Power = No Water = No Copper.
Hot Water Inc => Hot Chili Ltd ?
(Apologies to all. Water licence is 2000 Lt/second not 20,000! My Bad - recall from Conference. )
Thank you @supermanjustice for great water business case.
Six moves to Check-Mate ?
1. Both HCH’s sustainable power connection and the 2000+ Lt/Sec water utility business could be listed as a separate entity on the NYSE or NASDAQ.
2. NYSE/NASDAQ are the best markets for listed Water Businesses. IPO funds raised will fund Water / Power Utility Business.
3. HCH will become a “guaranteed 1st rights” permanent customer of the new entity for water & power.
4. In-specie shares in the new listed entity will be issued to HCH/HCH shareholders.
5. These shares rights could be pre-sold to third party to fund HCH Mine Capex.
6. Any surplus shares not required for HCH Mine Capex could be issued to HCH shareholders.
