While I agree with you to the identity politics point (although I think identity politics has been around for generations albeit in different forms), this is not an example of your 'political niceness'. This is just a simple case of marketing to your target audience.
The typical campaigns regarding health education have been proven time and time again to ineffective within the first-nations populations. Whether this be due to prejudice against western medicine or other characteristics, the evidence is clear. The toll this takes on our national health system far outweighs that of any other ethnicity.
The care for your mob campaign is purely an attempt to better reach indigenous populations with differing messaging and most certainly not a case of political niceness.
