HCT CHART looking GOOD for a BREAKOUT$$$ IMO
The HCT chart is certainly looking like there is some accumulation happening.
On the weekly chart if you look at the volume over the past 4 weeks you will see when the stock retraces it is on small volume.
IMO if the positive news continues we will be back up above 10c heading back to 20c very soon.
