HCT are only interested in turning over some bread and relying on new shareholders coming in for future monies that they would want to raise..
Lifestyle company for one man, that's why he wont step down..With all these shares he can dictate what he wants to raise, when he wants to raise and how much he wants to raise and with voting power together with his friends will always get it through and continue his and friends lifestyle he has become accustomed too.
