Yes, but they insist on doing all kinds of testing and analysis to determine usage etc. etc. which is very costly and probably not that necessary, not to mention consultations with management and engineering etc. On top of that thy try rope you into a 6 monthly analysis just to keep squeezing money from you that isn't necessary if you set it up right the first time. It's a bit of a joke of a process. Just sell it, install it and provide some instructions. Not much different to a pool pump.
But that's what you get when you don't know how to sell something, anything. Image going to buy a car and the salesman insists on a family meeting , testing of the car for the family... No, they just sell and move on.
