HCT CHART READY TO BREAKOUT coming off a triple bottom, page-181

There is a lack of urgency from this useless bunch. Marketing is their weakest arm and that's a tragedy given the products they have in this environment. Constantly behind the 8 ball. I've always said that if anything eventuates it will be from market pull for the products and not from the company actively pursuing contracts. I bought some more at this price as I still think the market can drag these guys off their feet. But it's very disappointing to watch them walking into walls like blind rats on the sales side of things.
