It's ok I found it. It's rubbish. They contributed to F-all sales and promotions and that was their only job in the venture. They didn't perform so they shouldn't be paid for it. Company's sue each other for these kinds of things all the time. They will be seeking orders for Holista to retract their statements and nothing more. There was nothing defamatory about the fact they didn't deliver. Useless people seem to have found useless people. Two wrongs didn't make a right for us... not surprisingly.
