Ouch... My average holding is at 7.3 c, and all profit. Our positions are very different. The only way I lose is if the bank puts a lock on that door. That's not happening from a defamation claim. This isn't by any means good, because it was a completely avoidable situation if a true businessman was leading the company. It should not have led to this dispute. It's a waste of time and money. There was absolutely no need for it to go down this road.
