Because now all the dirty laundry is out in the open. The action is for water under the bridge. This was priced into the market in October last year when ASIC announced the investigation. Now everyone knows what’s coming and many see potential and opportunity from here while others just want out. No more ASIC cloud over the company. It’s all in the open now and that’s all they could find.
