I spoke with a friend and he said the ASIC trial is going to take longer than normal because of the huge amount of evidence against the doctor. It's seem likely that this trial will drain the last of the money available to HCT and with the ban from asic on hct doing anymore cash raises it's very hard to see how they continue to operate.
In my opinion I would be selling any shares in this company.
