They stated they would not require a capital raising in offical announcements to the market, under the watch of ASIC. Unfortunately the information which ASIC flagged as misleading proved to be fact. It did kill the human strain of COVID. A lot of HCT's demise has been at the hands of very poor management, leadership and timing. They are not bad at all with the science, for that they deserve a pat on the back, but management need a boot in the back. I take some comfort in knowing ASIC is watching over the Doc's shoulder. I just have profound mistrust of the guy and 0 faith in his leadership abilities. It just blows me away that he has so much shares in the company and has done nothing advance his own wealth at the expense of his ego. If this company takes off he stands to gain more than anyone, and more than from any dodgy deal.
