the volume is traders exiting and it has been churning up more stable it was doing that and gaining support before the cluster duster of announcements....
lower volume with an increase sustained SP is better than the volatility... and everything about the chart is showing strong buying signals
looking forward to seeing the capital networks influence on annoucements and reading the quarterly report NEXT WEEK... HCT could get some major news also...
