I am hoping that the announcement from SKN would also detail some aspects to the nature of the agreement with HCT. Surely there must be some form of a non-compete within the agreement. For example perhaps SKN is not allowed from obtaining TGA approvals and subsequently participating in government tenders? This will still be a plus for SKN to as they will be able to sell their sanitiser online and to their already established retail partners. If this is likely in any way we could expect HCT to also put out an announcement which IMO is the biggest win for both!
