HCT is a Bonsai - a very small company that is grown by a mgt container that keeps stopping the SP from growing bigger by repeated cutting and manipulation between <16c, 16.5c>...... reasons of Waiting.... if there were movement in the UP or DOWN, there would be more investors to grab the shares and move on....
