Exactly my thoughts.
Why are people so focused on the share price? Market cap is what is actually important.
With current balance sheet, revenue, loss, dodgy directors - the company is honestly considered overvalued right now.
I think people here have an emotional attachment to the price they paid rather then the value they received.
