I figured my post would get moderated, but i said what needed to be said to make all aware of what is happening, luckily going off the number of likes i received before it was taken down - everybody that needed to see it saw it, There is no use of ASX putting this company into suspension - it is exactly what the board wants to happen,
Best thing to do would be for ASX to get rid of the whole board, bring in a temporary one to handle affairs until they can find some people who actually know how to run a company - keep all the assets, copyrights, patents and intellectual property under the HCT ticker and start fresh, That would be the only way IMO this mob would see justice and genuine shareholders would not lose out to corrupt business practices, taking everything they have worked for legally away from them so they can't just get suspended (on what looks like on purpose) and re-brand the assets under a new private company.
