If you look back to the news on the 30th April,

I read it as invisi-shield ( SKN) is using Path-Away as an active ingredient to be parts of their natural hand sanitizer and this product was going to be tested.
Fast forward to today, we hear the announcement, I would take it as Path-Away is involved.
However, like you, I have my speculation.
