That doc looked to be for marketing purposes rather than promotional for investors.

I imagine Mercatus are out there in the hospitals, airports, transportation hubs, govt buildings etc presenting that doc and teeing up contracts.

Patience is required and I know it's testing many as no one likes to see the sp stagnate or worse slide.

Things are ramping up behind the scenes and when they have something concrete to announce they'll announce it.
I'll continue to hold and see how HCT grows over time.
The potential is still huge here......Even more so on a commercial level as opposed to personal hygiene
