HolistaCollTech Ltd, The scope for growth is in this company is simply incredible – they have multiple revenue streams across several different sectors with all of them being in the commercialization/sales phase of the project after many years of research and development.

HolistaColltech Ltd is a research-driven biotech company and is the result of the merger of Holista Biotech SdnBhd and CollTech Australia Ltd. Headquartered in Perth with extensive operations in Malaysia, Holista is dedicated to delivering first-class natural ingredients and wellness products, and leads in research on herbs and food ingredients. Cash on hand at end of year : $101k – This is extremely rare for a company to have such a low cash balance, but given that a HUGE portion of the top 20 is held
By directors – it shows how important it is to minimize dilution for them and fellow shareholders – less free float means less liquidity when the stock does start
To run, And huge gains can be easily made once the sell side dries up.

Cash now : Circa $4.3million – hard to calculate as they have multiple sales avenues and revenue incoming at increasing frequencies (see pic for cash raise/CPA)

Note: Will analyse at a later date but important thing to note here is the huge amount held by management - This is so massively important in small cap stocks – skin in the game, interests aligned. NB: Dr. Rajen Manicka recently received 8m well earned performance shares after the date of this list. - This list is outdated (from their annual report), from what i have heard Acuity is gone and there is 3 new holders on the list with none of the rest decreasing their holdings.
