At face value no perhaps not, which is why the (?) against my post. In saying this though, given the registrants name is the same name as the managing director of eight mercatus, was registered very recently, both domains have the same nameservers(could be coincidence) and eight mercatus appears to be taking HCT into the professional services space per the article linked above...I also think that it's not too far fetched either...Anyway - speculation at this point as I'm unable to find out any further information about it so will just have to keep an eye on it
