In the territory, you cannot even sell Chinese cooking wine in the shops as it contains alcohol, and it almost got to the stage where they were going to ban soy sauce also as it contained small amounts of alcohol, so it leaves me puzzled some what when the shelves are lined with bottles of 60% alcohol sanitizer and they are sweet to go, load up kids, not like teenagers would ever have a thought of miss using it?
