Thanks for all that Paddington, mirrors many of my thoughts also with index construction the only exception. One stock on it's own with the weighting formula both use is designed to have minimal impact, when it does you'll generally find an external event which impacts the broader market. Bottom line is that both are important for different reasons.
Dates fwiw I'm looking towards 25th and 26th for most sectors, with XFJ, health and telcos, I'm looking towards the 30th and 31st for momentum shifts.
