it's had a COT with negative bias for two months.
the OBV has been unimpressive.
but price hasn't shown much downside.

The band of sideways movement in SEP-OCT shows less volatility than the band of sideways movement in MAR-APR-MAY. If we were looking at a recent topping out phase, I would expect the reverse.
