Martis is an interesting and amusing character - now he is commenting as if PXG may be a long term hold for him because he sees its share price heading towards $4. It could happen, I suppose. But well before it reached $4 martis would be in and out of that share many times. And if he sees it heading in the wrong direction he could vanish from the PXG thread without so much as a goodbye or a reason for selling out.
