Their compensation is totally out of hand. Awarding options to go along with their poor cash management and very high salaries is just great for them, no downside of course and only some more upside. Why not? They have nothing to lose. Have a look how many options are now outstanding over the total market capitalisation... It is not an insignificant number. And shareholders are the ones that are losing out.

For Carl to say forget about the stock trading from $1 to 40c we will trade at a 'multiple of earnings' in his presentation is farcical. Where are those earnings to apply the multiple? Not even close. And if you really think so, buy some shares instead of giving yourself free options to go along with your big salary.
