I started looking at this about a week ago, it caught my attention because of the focus on types of commercial property that are rarely vacant. Reading through the last financial results the NAV seems to be around $960m which is $130m more than today's market cap. Does anyone know why the discrepency exist? Is it because of the uncertain future of interest rate rises?
