Reits sector has tanked since last year. You hardly find any reits still being traded at or above NAV.
I would not consider HCW's 15% discount rate good enough if compared with others cr. 30-40%. Besides, if we evaluate it through Price/AFFO, HCW's is 21, not attractive at all. I would suggest to find alternative Reit.
