Thanks for that. I have read that already. What I hadn't read, was the court action in PNG until it was posted, hence my initial comment. The PNG locals don't seem to think that the rightful owners have been identified, hence the court action, but I guess time will tell. I have learned the hard way to read all company announcements in detail, and then cross check with other sources, as I am sure you have yourself. There was no mention at all about court action until it was posted on this site.
