    So how do they structure a JV for the HDA

    Do they hand over a percentage of profits from the device in return for someone else carrying all development costs on a timeline similar to R-sulbutamol.

    Is there ever any upfront payment to STI?

    How's it work? anyone seen anything similar with a potential blockbuster item.
