Vortex yes there was apparently a lot of resistance. I sent my proxy to a friend and current shareholder to try and created a block of shareholders to vote down the resolutions, unfortunately it seems that we did not seem to have the numbers. also I just received my consolidation of shares this morning 10-1, its a shame the directors weren't as proactive over the last 4 years... so are the shares I have now worth 10 times less,, only time will tell.
