 The reason why individual shareholders never have the numbers to vote anything down , is because the directors vote themselves free performance shares every year. When these shares are out of escrow, they sell them on market to retail shareholders ie they don't pay for them but they make serious money on market . So they don't need to do anything accept put out  reports of  glowing prospects for the company , so as to attract new buyers. There are hundreds and  probably thousands  of directors mainly located in Perth feeding off mainly young speculators mainly located in the eastern states . They burn , churn , rebirth & recapitalise speculative companies. Witness he of many names , who organises proxy reps for the boards because he is on the nose . Keep all your records as there are moves underway for a Royal Commission into this grand wrought.
