    Banda was estimated to have reserves of 250 to 300 million barrels according to Fusion oil on 10 September 2002. At the lower end of this range, thats another 2 Chinguetti's with production costs amortized across both fields. The success at Banda has doubled HDRs value. The market reaction is surprising and presents opportunities to intelligent investors.
