I find the announcement to be what was
hoped for,unlike Corbine.My question is how many shares have WPL purchased lately on this well to flood the market today.Recent volume in HDR would possibly
account for the "illogical" sentiment.Hence do scenarios
of possible takeovers come into play.I'm sure WPL want
to pay as little as they can for Mauritania and who knows what "plans" have been made.I would love to see the balance sheet of WPL's holding in HDR over the last couple of weeks.Your thoughts I would like to hear.
