    Less than $2500 worth of shares traded below 14 cents today so I think that 14/14.5 cents is the current market price.

    Just a small trader(s) panicking and selling at a low price in th emiddle of the day by the look of it.

    Only $54,000 traded all day so this is (currently) a small investor/trader stock.
