Hardman must drill a well in French Guiana themselves if there is no JV. This has been going on for a long time now. I don't know what the deadline is and in fact they may have an extension.

I think "The Peak Group .... well in French Guiana is planned for Hardman Resources" is a contingency plan in case a JV is not signed soon (that word again) or maybe a ploy to get the JV partner to sign.

IMHO the JV partner is playing games and HDR are raising the stakes.
